Groups

To join any of our Interest Groups listed below you must be a paid up member of the Swanley and District u3a.
This is an insurance requirement as we are affiliated to the Third Age Trust

We have many Interest Groups and offer a range of activities to members (subject to change and availability). All our Interest Groups have their own information page so just click on a link below to take you to the group(s) that interest you. You can also send a message to the group leader(s) by using the contact link on each group page.

Note: Whilst many of our interest groups are free, some have additional costs to cover the hire of meeting rooms and/or equipment. Events that require transport or where there is an entrance fee are paid by the member as well as personal expenditure such as refreshments.

People with a lifetime of experience, expertise and know-how in occupations, professions or through hobbies are encouraged to form interest groups and share their knowledge with fellow members. We encourage members to organise their own activities in a variety of subjects. So if you have a particular interest in a subject not included, we offer assistance with starting a group, all you need to do is contact our friendly Groups Co-Odinator Sandra Evans via the link below.
