The committee and officers of Swanley and District u3a are elected every year at the Annual General Meeting in May. Our constitution allows for the standard list of officers plus additional members with an overall total of eighteen people. The committee meets once every month to ensure the smooth running of our organisation, to respond to administrative requirements, to ensure financial stability and to provide support and encouragement to the interest groups and organised outings.
